You are entitled to a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of service delivery if:

There are no administrative or processing fees deducted — your entire EzyPay LLC service fee will be refunded.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply exclusively to EzyPay LLC service fees paid directly to us.

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Government filing fees, state registration costs, or third-party payments.
  • IRS or State charges for EIN, tax ID, or licensing.
  • Payments made to software platforms or partner vendors (QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, etc.).
  • Any work already completed and delivered (e.g., filing submission or document delivery), unless it fails to meet the agreed scope.

Customers must submit their refund request within 30 days of service delivery to qualify.

4. How to Request a Refund

To start a refund:

  • Complete the Refund/Cancellation Form available on our website.
  • Provide your order number, contact details, and a short reason for the request (optional).
  • Our billing team will review and confirm within 24 business hours.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 24–48 hours to the original payment method used.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to service activation or document filing.

  • There are no cancellation charges — all cancellations are completely free.
  • If payment has been made and work has not yet begun, you will receive a full refund of your EzyPay LLC service fee.
  • If the service is already completed or filed, the order may no longer be cancellable but may still qualify for a refund under the 30-day guarantee.
